A space where your club runs its projects
Cohorts, teams and 14-day sprints in one place. Students find a team, and organizers see where every project stands and what it needs.

What your club gets
Cohorts and applications
Open a cohort with dates, a maximum team size and organizer approval. Students and projects ask to join, and you decide.
What the projects need
Open roles, help requests and blockers from every project in the space, in one list. A blocker the team marked as internal never shows here.
14-day sprints
Each team sets one goal and splits the work. You see which day the sprint is on, what's done and where help is needed.
A showcase at the end
A cohort can end with a Demo Night, a Pitch Night or no event at all. What teams finished stays on the space page and on their profiles.
Numbers organizers care about
How many teams formed, how many sprints were completed and how many teams are still building after 30 days. No views, no likes.
Help from across campus
If you choose to share, students from other clubs can offer help or ask to join your teams.

Your club stays yours
Your name, programs, mentors and events don't change. Builsy is the layer where teams form and progress is visible, and teams keep working in their own tools: WhatsApp, GitHub, Notion and Google Drive.
Each team's documents stay private. Space organizers get no access to a team's files.
A pilot this fall semester
We're starting the semester with a small number of clubs and programs at Reichman, at no cost. We'd be glad to build the first space with you.
